About Peter J. Gilbert

Peter J. Gilbert is the founding attorney of Highpoint Law Offices PC, a unique estate planning practice excelling in serving and supporting clients by appreciating their goals, values and passion for life’s important matters.   The law is Peter’s second career, after having served in pastoral ministry for 17 years.  Peter’s unique background in Divinity sets the tone for a law practice that is rooted in respect and compassion, and centered on honoring God by helping others build better futures through estate planning, long term care planning, special needs planning and business planning.  This level of excellence was acknowledged by readers of the Intelligencer and Courier Times, who voted Peter Gilbert “Best Attorney in Bucks and Montgomery Counties” for 2013 and 2014.  Peter’s appreciation of family values and work with local financial experts was also featured in Suburban Life Magazine, 2013 Year in Review.

Peter holds a BA from Haverford College, a BD from Yale Divinity School, and a JD from William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law.  His post-graduate & advanced training includes work on Medicaid Practice Systems, Elder Law, Long-Term Care, and Estate Planning Advanced Studies.  

Peter is also a member in good standing of the following organizations:

Peter is happily married, and is a proud father and grandfather.
