About Jeffery J. Drach.
Jeffery J. Drach has been certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, the only organization to certify elder law attorneys by the American Bar Association. He is originally from Marshfield, Wisconsin. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from St. Mary’s University, Winona, MN, in 1968. As a member of the U.S. Army, he served a tour of duty in Vietnam. Upon discharge from the military, he attended the University of Wisconsin School of Business, after which he attended the University of Wisconsin Law School where in 1975, he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree. He has been practicing law in Wausau since then.
Attorney Drach is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Elder Law Section of Wisconsin State Bar Association, where he serves as recording secretary for the Board.
Attorney Drach is also a Past President of the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and continues to serve on its Board of Directors.
He is admitted to practice law before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Federal Courts in Wisconsin. He is also accredited by the U.S. Veteran’s Administration.
