Adam Dees is a husband, father, storyteller, Certified Elder Law Attorney, and advocate for families facing the complexities of aging, chronic illness, and long-term care.

As a partner at Clinkscales Elder Law Practice, P.A., Adam helps families find peace of mind through thoughtful planning, trusted guidance, and compassionate support. His work focuses on creating practical solutions that preserve independence, ease caregiver burdens, and protect what matters most.

Adam believes everyone deserves to live with dignity and be empowered in their decisions, especially in the second half of life. He works closely with caregivers, adult children, and aging individuals to navigate transitions with clarity and confidence.

A frequent speaker and presenter, Adam brings warmth, insight, and approachable expertise to conversations about elder care, Medicaid, estate planning, and leaving a legacy. He’s known for making complex topics more human and for helping families move forward with less stress and more support.

Adam makes his home with his wife Alyssa, their daughters Kae and Rachel, and two spirited dogs: a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Plott Hound mix named Bridgette in Hays, Kansas. He enjoys reading, timeless movies, and sailing as often as possible.
