Jenna L. Franks is an Attorney and Partner at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Florida. Jenna graduated from Penn State in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Crime, Law and Justice, and with a minor in History. After graduating from Penn State, Jenna moved to Florida and attended law school at Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Jenna was a member of the Steven R. Booher American Inns of Court, Broward County Bar Association, Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, and the National Transactional LawMeet competition.
Jenna joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in 2017 and moved back to Pennsylvania to be with family. In April 2022, Jenna became a Partner of the firm. Jenna’s focus is primarily on estate planning, long-term care planning, and special needs planning. She currently serves on the advisory board for Harmony personal care community and on the leadership team for Adult Children with Aging Parents of Centre County (ACAP). Jenna is also an active member in several Centre County based groups, including the Geriatric Interest Network of Centre County, Centre County Senior Center Coalition, Academy of Special Needs Planners, and Centre County Bar Association. A Certified Dementia Practitioner and also certified as a VA-accredited attorney, Jenna was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020, 2021, and 2022. In addition, Jenna has co-authored the book Protect Your Family! What You Really Need to Know for the Second Half of Life as well as the 2021 and 2022 Supplements to the Pennsylvania Trust Guide: A Handbook for Trustees and Their Advisors. More recently, Jenna became an Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer.
Jenna resides in Bellwood, Pa. with her husband, Josh, and their children, Ava and Grayson.
