About Faiza Chaudhry

Faiza is a Managing Partner and an Attorney at O’Connell Law. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. As the Executive Director, Faiza provides leadership to employees and oversees the direction of the firm. Her area of practice is estate planning which she enjoys immensely.

Faiza was born and raised in rural upstate New York. She graduated from University at Buffalo in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Legal Studies. Upon graduating from University at Buffalo, Faiza moved to Boston to attend New England School of Law. She graduated in 2009 earning her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Faiza interned at the Massachusetts Ethics Commission where she drafted advisory opinions related to ethical issues and worked closely with attorneys in drafting a memorandum geared to amend the Attorney-Client Privilege Regulation.

Shortly after graduating from New England School Of Law, Faiza accepted a position of Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Lisa A. Modecker and Associates, where she practiced immigration and family law. During her time there she handled all aspects of her cases, from inception to completion, with the highest level of client service. During this time she also attained LAR Certification. She joined O’Connell Law in August, 2014 as an associate attorney with a passion to continue to work closely with families. This passion has helped her flourish and grow professionally to where she is today.

Faiza currently resides in Newton with her husband, young daughter, and two fur babies. When she is not working, she dedicates her time to them. Her little daughter keeps her busy, but when she is able to relax, she likes to read, watch Netflix, or socialize with friends. And because she is not a fan of cold weather, you can usually find her planning a trip to a warm destination.
